Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of developy.ai and the Developy desktop app and cloud service (together, the “Service”), provided by Developy (“Developy”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization, and “you” includes it.
1. The beta
Developy is in private beta. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We will try to give notice of significant changes. Access to the beta is at our discretion.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization. Tell us at once at hey@developy.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content and code
You keep all rights to your code and to everything you and your team create in the Service (“Your Content”). You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. You confirm you have the rights needed to use Your Content with the Service.
4. AI output and your responsibility
The Service uses AI agents to write, test and review code. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete or insecure. Developy records evidence for what agents claim, such as the tests that ran and the checks performed, but evidence is not a guarantee. You decide what to approve and merge, and you are responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it, including in production.
5. Models, keys and third-party services
You choose the engine that runs your agents: your own Claude Code plan, your own API keys with providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek or Mistral, or local models. You may also connect integrations such as GitHub, Tavily or Deepgram. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with them; you are responsible for complying with their terms and for any fees they charge. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- build or distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload any system without authorization;
- access other organizations’ data or bypass security, permission or usage limits;
- record or transcribe meetings without the consent the law requires from every participant;
- resell the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
7. Fees
The beta is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. When paid plans launch, prices will be shown before you subscribe, and fees will be billed as described at that time. Model usage is paid directly to your providers under your own keys or plan.
8. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. After termination we will delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and that the Service or its output will be accurate, secure or uninterrupted, to the fullest extent the law permits.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Developy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Developy against claims arising from Your Content or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.
13. General
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Developy about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; we will post changes here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
